Raffaella Cavallaro.

Architect and PhD candidate in Architectural, Urban and Interior Design at the Politecnico di Milano. She graduated with honours in Architecture from the University of Naples Federico II and works across research, design and teaching, focusing on the transformation of existing buildings, collective spaces and educational infrastructures. Her research investigates architecture as a practice of care and as a tool for connecting space, communities and urban policies. She has collaborated with the Municipality of Milan, ENSA Paris-Malaquais and CAUE de Paris, developing mapping activities, design research and strategies for educational facilities. Alongside her research, she curates publications, conferences and international cultural programmes, working at the intersection of architectural design, editorial production and interdisciplinary networks.

Alessandro Ferrazzano.

Architect and architectural visualiser, graduated from the Politecnico di Milano. He collaborated for several years with enrico molteni architecture, contributing to projects at different scales and following their development from initial concept through to technical and construction detailing. His experience includes residential projects, industrial spaces, public buildings and educational facilities, as well as extensive involvement in architectural competitions. Projects to which he has contributed to include the Inclusive and Innovative Educational Campus in Parma, several residential projects in Milan and numerous competition proposals in Italy and abroad. His work combines compositional rigour, professional experience and attention to feasibility, maintaining a close relationship between architectural conception, detail development and the construction process.

Fabio Santonicola.

Architect and PhD candidate at the Department of Architecture and Design of the University of Genoa. His work brings together theoretical research, architectural design and professional practice. He collaborates with enrico molteni architecture on architectural projects and competitions. He has worked as a teaching assistant in architectural design studios and workshops at the University of Genoa, Università Iuav di Venezia and the Politecnico di Milano, collaborating with Vittorio Pizzigoni (baukuh), Michel Carlana (Carlana Mezzalira Pentimalli), Ana Luisa Soares (FALA Atelier) and Philipp Wündrich. He also served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Arab American University in Ramallah, where he taught Design Drawing. His teaching and research activities focus on the relationship between architectural form, typology and the transformation of contemporary economic and territorial systems.
